Terms of Service

Train & Travel is a marketplace that connects travelers with Muay Thai training camps, primarily in Thailand. We facilitate discovery and inquiry — we are not a travel agent, booking agency, or accommodation provider.

Submitting a stay request through Train & Travel does not constitute a confirmed booking. A stay is only confirmed when a camp explicitly accepts your request and direct contact is established between the two parties.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

Train & Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or provide false information.

Camp managers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including photos, pricing, schedules, and contact information. Train & Travel does not independently verify all listing details.

Listings that are found to be misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of platform policies will be removed. Repeated violations will result in permanent suspension.

Stay requests are inquiries, not confirmed bookings. By submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate information about your intended stay.

Pending requests expire after 7 days without a camp response. Accepted requests grant the camp manager access to your contact details for the purpose of coordinating your stay only.

Train & Travel is not responsible for the outcome of stays arranged through the platform, including cancellations, quality disputes, or safety incidents.

When a camp accepts your stay request, your name and email address are shared with that camp manager. By submitting a request, you consent to this sharing for the purpose of coordinating your stay.

Camp managers must not use traveler contact information for unsolicited marketing or any purpose unrelated to the requested stay.

You may not use Train & Travel to:

• Create fake accounts or listings
• Submit fraudulent or spam booking requests
• Harvest contact information from other users
• Impersonate camps, travelers, or platform staff
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior
• Circumvent the platform to avoid legitimate use

Cancellation terms are between travelers and camps directly. Train & Travel does not process payments and does not hold funds. We cannot mediate financial disputes between users.

If you experience a serious issue with a camp (fraud, misrepresentation, unsafe conditions), please contact us at support@trainandtravel.com. We will review the report and may take action including suspension of the listing.

Camp managers retain ownership of content they upload (photos, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant Train & Travel a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

Train & Travel is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of camps, or the outcome of any stay. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Train & Travel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
